1. At MOYSHA, we strive to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our customers. We accept bank cards issued in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, and other countries whose cards are valid on the territory of the Russian Federation. You can also pay for your order using Online Banking, T-Pay, SberPay and Yandex Pay.

For customers residing outside of Russia, we offer two payment options: via PayPal or with the help of our support service.

2. Payment by bank card
To pay by credit card or through Online Banking, T-Pay, SberPay and Yandex Pay, please click the "Pay by Credit Card" button in the order checkout section.
After payment, please make sure to wait for the return to the moysha.com website to ensure that it has been successfully processed. If an error occurs, you can choose an alternative payment method.

3. Other payment methods
As for other international payment methods, please leave us your contact information to organize an international payment option with our support service.

4. Procedure for paying by card in the online store
Bank card transactions are carried out using 3DSecure protection technologies. The payment procedure is as follows:
4.1 The buyer places an order in the online store and chooses to pay by card.
4.2 The online store processes the order and sends information about it to the bank.
4.3 The online store redirects the buyer to the payment page, which contains a form for entering card details. The buyer enters the following information:
— Card type;
— Card number;
— Expiration date of the card;
— Name and surname as indicated on the card;
— CVC2 or CVV2 values;
— Special password to confirm payment.
After that, information about the transaction is sent to the bank.
4.4 If the payment is approved by the bank, the online store and the buyer receive confirmation. If the bank declines the payment transaction, this information will also be transmitted to the buyer and the online store. Processing of a payment transaction approved by the bank for an order is carried out automatically no later than the next working day after the transaction. 4.5 After receiving payment, the online store collects the order and sends it to the buyer by the selected method.

5. Payment security
We strive to provide our customers with a safe and hassle-free payment method. The information entered will not be disclosed to third parties except as provided by Russian law. Bank card payments are made in strict compliance with the requirements of the Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl payment systems. You can return the item that doesn’t suit you within 7 calendar days from the moment you receive the order*.

The item must be sent in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, seals, in its original condition, and without any signs of use and wear**.

Bodysuits and underwear are not subject to return or exchange***.

The online store reserves the right to refuse a return in cases of violation of the conditions for preserving the appearance of the goods, as well as in case of violation of one or several return conditions. Please note that the cost of shipping the returned item is not refundable.

Procedure and conditions for returning goods:

  1. Send us an email with your order number and the reason why you would like to return or exchange the previously purchased item to info@moysha.com.
  2. In response to your email, we will send you a return application form that needs to be filled out, signed, and sent back to us by email, along with a copy of your passport and a copy of the receipt.
  3. The return of the item is at your expense, using a courier/postal service.

  • By sending the completed application, you order a courier/postal service to send the package to our address, which is indicated in the return application.
  • To prepare the item for shipment, you need to enclose the printed and completed return application from step 2 together with the item in its original packaging, but do not seal it.
  • After handing over the return item to the courier/postal service, you will receive a tracking number to track the package on the service’s website, which you must send to us by email: info@moysha.com, specifying your order number.
  • Money will be transferred by us to your account/card, provided that all of the above conditions are met, by which the order was paid within 5 calendar days after we receive the returned item. Please note that the receipt of funds depends on the speed of processing the transaction by your bank and may take up to 30 banking days.

Delivery terms
1. Delivery to the territory of the Russian Federation

Delivery across the territory of the Russian Federation is carried out by the courier service SDEK. The order formation period is from 1 to 3 days from the date of payment of the order. The cost and delivery time are calculated when placing an order in the shopping cart of the site according to the SDEC tariffs. Delivery services are paid at the same time as the order is paid. Each order is formed individually. After placing the order, you will receive the tracking number to the email address you specified.

The shipping cost is non-refundable. When ordering from 25,000 rubles, delivery by the courier company SDEK is free.


2. Delivery by courier in Moscow

Courier delivery within the Moscow Ring Road is carried out within 48 hours from the date of payment of the order. The cost of delivery is fixed and amounts to 1’500 rubles. To make this type of delivery, select the appropriate type of delivery when paying for the order.

The shipping cost is non-refundable. For orders over 20,000 rubles, courier delivery within the Moscow Ring Road is free.


3. International shipping

The order formation period is 1-3 working days from the date of payment of the order. International delivery is coordinated and processed individually with our manager after payment of the order and according to the rates of the courier or postal service.

The customer has the right to choose the service and the tariff for delivery. After agreeing on all the terms of delivery, the customer receives an email link to pay for the delivery service through the CloudPayments service.
